Oranges are full of antioxidants and Vitamin C,
both perfect ingredients for healing and resisting illnesses.
Kale is another ingredient in this smoothie and I
love it. I find myself using this one as much as I can. Kale has zero fat, and
is high in iron and Vitamin K.
Too make this smoothie more powerful I also added
some matcha powder and cacao nibs. When researching matcha powder I discovered that “One
glass of matcha is the equivalent of ten glasses of green tea in terms of
nutritional value and antioxidant content.”
will immediately receive the natural energy it needs to get through the day.
P.S. Don’t be afraid if your smoothie doesn’t get
the perfect green colour, it will still taste delicious.
